  • Handling Titli (Knowledge Management) and Gangotri portal.

  • This team has been vital in streamlining the order booking of the entire plant and handles the vendor end of the company effectively.

Tata Sky (A leading DTH service provider in India)

  • Taking care of all India Tata Sky customers from Mithapur has been the biggest objective of the team.

  • Handling multi-lingual customers (English/Hindi/Gujarati) and up-selling optional products is a key priority for the team.

  • Currently Tata Sky is the biggest client of Uday and is aggressively looking at expanding its operations further in Mithapur center due to high quality delivery consistently.
